Rouel 'El' Pagtalunan has a 20 year career building enterprise systems, with hands-on expertise in all facets of SDLC, including program and project management, business analysis and data analytics, solutions architecture and development, and quality assurance / implementation. El has led project implementations from beginning to end, from gathering and managing stakeholders in working towards a common vision, to designing and building enterprise system workflows and functionality.

Linta Samuel, Director of Application Development

Linta Samuel has 15 years of hands-on experience designing and building successful business applications, using multiple technologies. She has contributed her keen eye for resource evaluation and project assessment to build and manage the software development teams responsible for our client’s success. In addition to building the teams, Linta is the technical architect and that leads our application development staff in the hand-on development of business solutions. Linta is the pulse of each phase of the software development life cycle, designing components for requirements, building and testing components across multiple platforms, and transforming need and visions into executed reality.
